Balenciaga is exactly what we look for in a foundation female. She is the collective result of extreme fleece genetics coming together. She is one of the last daughters of Castano Bay, a stud who was known around the nation for producing fine fleeces packed into dense blankets. The dam, Acadia, was hand picked at the Parade of Champions Auction while she sporting a bold, dense, and long Bolivian style fleece. Nishio and Danko are on the dam's side of the pedigree.

All of these genetic gems are expressing themselves in Balenciaga's cria. She has now produced four show quality females.
