Description

Twig is a sweet, well-balanced medium brown Suri female showing all the right traits of a promising young alpaca. Sired by Abott, she inherits his excellent conformation, straight frame, and dense fleece coverage, while her dam Annabelle contributes calm temperament and even fiber character.

Though currently smaller than her half-brother Scout, Twig is proportionate and developing beautifully — healthy, bright-eyed, and strong. Her fleece is soft and uniform with gentle wave formation that’s already organized into fine, twisted locks. As she matures, she’s expected to carry a compact, correct build and a smooth, lustrous blanket suitable for both fiber and potential show use.

Twig’s presence and fleece style already make her a standout among this year’s crias, and she continues to mature with excellent health and balance.

Twig is gentle and observant. She adapts well to handling and new surroundings and enjoys the company of other juveniles. Calm yet curious, she has a steady, easygoing nature that makes her a pleasure to work with- she is shaping up to be our farm Mascot/PR alpaca.
