ESTATES DANISH SILVER MERMAID
Silver Mermaid is a gorgeous silver female whose ranch nickname is "Miss Social Butterfly". Her gorgeous phenotype will catch your eye. She is elegant, with excellent coverage, a full head, correct frame and bite, and amazing silver color. Her fleece is very fine, with good uniformity, high frequency crimp, good staple length, and a very soft handle.

Silver Mermaid is the product of two superior parents, and her lineage reads like the Who's Who in the industry's history of top black and grey animals. She is sired by our newest grey herdsire, AspenAlpacas Earl Grey (out of Multiple Grey Champion, Applewoods Phantom and Champion dam, Silver Rose Elegance).Her dam, Malitta of ATV is a champion producer with internationally recognized offspring! (Malitta's son, JanusAspen Black Lightning won a Reserve Champion banner at the 2019 Alpacapalooza show and now resides is Belgium.) Silver Mermaid's maternal grandsire is ATV Silver Elation, a rare dilute silver-grey with an incredibly soft, well-bundled and consistent fleece that is so dense, if feels like an extremely dense Persian rug.

We are excited to announce that Silver Mermaid is currently a 7x Champion with numerous Blue Ribbons! Judge Helen Testa awarded her Color Champion and First Place at the 2025 TXOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes! In addition, she recently won Blue Ribbons and Reserve Championship Banners at the 2025 GWAS shows in BOTH halter and Walking Fleece, as well as Reserve Champion at the 2025 AWE show! In addition, Silver Mermaid recently brought home Blue Ribbons from the 2025 Golden West Alpaca Show and 2025 Wild West Alpaca Shows! Judge Nick Harrington-Smith also awarded her a second place ribbon at the 2025 AOA National show (*First Place won Reserve Champion), and she has brought home numerous other ribbons during her show career!
