When your sire is Granite Bay Royal Steel (numerous banner winner into his 7th year) and your dam is Granite Bay Silver Seven (Judge's Choice from Bred & Owned Class), you have no choice but to look like this. This young male's pedigree is loaded with generations of award-winning/producing greys - the majority of them being silver grey. In five generations, he has 10 silver grey, 10 black, and 6 rose greys (rose greys that tip towards the silver side when you see them. Over 50% of his pedigree is grey! This is what we breed for. Our farm does not sacrifice color for fleece - and this male is the product of years of breeding. He's got an abundance of coverage and bone on a strong frame with bright, soft, uniform silver grey fleece. This male consistently catches the eye of people all around him while standing in the ring. He has beautiful dark eyes and a perfect bite. I could go on and on. You have to see and feel his fleece for yourself. Both his sire and dam have beautiful bright and clean fleeces, free of extending primaries on strong heavy bone frames.
