Stephanie Glyptis, Laurel Shouvlin & Diana Timmerman
Color Champion, CALEY'S REGAL STARS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya White Female Championship (Class of 18) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "Champion and reserve. Here this beautiful spectacle is my champion female. She’s only 9 months of age. Showing off just a really strong style about her. Conformational strengths to boot. On top of that, she was always leading in class density. Also, very, very crisp opening her style. That crimpiness, that’s bright also. It’s just not has to be crimpy, but also those staple groups and everything all put together that made her cumulatively powerful today. A great draw, great bone, a wonderful package."
Color Champion, CCNF BELLIEVEITORNOT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Brown Color Champion (Class of 19) (Judge: Laurel Shouvlin)
Color Champion, ESTATES GIOVANNI'S TITANIUM ROYALE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Male Championship (Class of 25) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "Exciting development in that fleece. It’s so soft and so highly organized, and LONG! So quite an impressive male."
Color Champion, SNOWMASS MIDNIGHT GAZE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Roan Female Championship (Class of 12) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "Well, congratulations to the both of you for winning the champion and reserve champion (Reserve Champion was our Amber Autumn Okatok) of the Huacaya female roan class. So, both of them, I think, are very similar in phenotypical styles and conformation, presence and soundness. But overall, this champion, oh, I just really appreciate the degree of her fineness and that tightness of the architecture of her fleece, especially when you open it up. Crystal clean, down to the skin. Very attractive. So well done to our championship level."
Reserve Champion, 426 HEMI JAY-Z'S HELLCAT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Black Championship (Class of 23) (Judge: Laurel Shouvlin)
Reserve Champion, AMBER AUTUMN OKATOK - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Roan Female Championship (Class of 12) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Color Champion was ranch-mate, Snowmass Midnight Gaze. Judge's comments: "Well, congratulations to the both of you for winning the champion and reserve champion (Color Champion was our Snowmass Midnight Gaze) of the Huacaya female roan class. So, both of them, I think, are very similar in phenotypical styles and conformation, presence and soundness. And the reserve, also next in line for degrees of density, (inaudible) grouping, overall phenotype type and style. I’m very happy to give her reserve for the roan females. Congratulations."
Reserve Champion, ESTATES AMERETTO'S ROYAL KNIGHT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Male Championship (Class of 21) (Judge: Wade Gease)
Reserve Champion, ESTATES WIND BENEATH MY WINGS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Brown Female Champion (Class of 25) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Recently purchased by Cedar & Sage Alpacas.
Reserve Champion, ESTATES XXXTREME LEGACY PASSION - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Fawn Color Championship (Class of 44) (Judge: Diana Timmerman)
Reserve Champion, SNOWMASS MIDNIGHT GAZE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Roan Color Championship (Class of 9) (Judge: Stephanie Glyptis)
1st Place, 426 HEMI JAY-Z'S HELLCAT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Black Yearling (Class of 10) (Judge: Laurel Shouvlin)
1st Place, CALEY'S REGAL STARS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya White Juvenile Female (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "I knew this was going to be a throw down. Thank you. So, first place, congratulations. My favorite alpaca. Just look at how sizeable this 9-month female is. She really is filled in. Just conformationally, quite positively. Phenotypically, a huge draw. She’s got a good bite. Her fleece was the densest and populated with a relatively uniform fleece. There’s a few variations here and there, but it was just a combination of full package together that kept impressing me. When you open her fleece up, she’s pretty crisp and clean and all the areas show off a very sporty fleece style because that was because that density was so packed in there. So well done."
1st Place, CCNF BELLIEVEITORNOT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Brown Yearling (Class of 5) (Judge: Laurel Shouvlin)
1st Place, ESTATES AMERETTO'S ROYAL KNIGHT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Yearling Male (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "A very competitive group. Love seeing that whole line up of the eight yearling black males. They all look very competitive from the outside look but coming into the inside – WOW! This first-place male just blew the rest of them away. Conformationally, I just really appreciated the strong balance and profile of those conformational placements I checked off in my mind. His fleece is long, relatively dense, very bright. You know, it’s very consistent in micron range and full of length and density throughout that whole blanket from the front to the back. So well done!"
1st Place, ESTATES GIOVANNI'S TITANIUM ROYALE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Yearling Male (Class of 6) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "WOW! Outstanding class. Thank you all for your entry and it’s my honor to get to go through these animals. This was a highly competitive class, especially this top pair up here. But we will go over this first place male, why don’t you take him for a quick walk if you don’t mind. I’ll let everyone take a look at his profile, his phenotype, the amount of fleece he’s producing. It’s exceptionally organized, but also the degree of the fineness, with that concentrated effort of all of the other fleece Huacaya traits were exceptional, so well done! Very positive for the class."
1st Place, GRANITE BAY TIMELESS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Mature Male (Class of 1) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Color Champion was our Estates Giovanni's Titanium Royale.
1st Place, ESTATES SIZLIN SPANGLED BANNER - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Juvenile Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: Congratulations to this group - everyone ribboning here. In first placement, I have the strongest fleece characteristics for the black females here this time. It’s really, really eye-catching with her strong, bright, and tightly put together staple groups that she has in her fleece throughout. Also, she was complimentary for her micron range as well, which kept her up in that first-place range. Although I do, really, my eye is drawn to the next couple of alpacas, (our LibertyAlpacas At Last was 2nd place) that have a little bit more filled out bodies, but the fleece still just overpowered that to a significant degree which went for the first here."
1st Place, ESTATES WIND BENEATH MY WINGS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Dark Brown Yearling Female (Class of 6) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Recently purchased by Cedar & Sage Alpacas
1st Place, ESTATES XXXTREME LEGACY PASSION - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Fawn Yearling Male (Class of 6) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "The top part of his class – Excellent Caliber, WOW! The first-place male, well done! Walk this guy out because he has such a pleasing presence about him. Opening up all that tremendous fleece that you can see extends from the head, the neck, all the way down the legs. He’s really just chalked full of fleece. When you open it up, it’s very, very tight and prominent with its character. Very bright also, but it’s that degree of that micron range and that uniformity that was there with all that excellent caliber and character, and density that he held with length that brought you up to first placement."
1st Place, SNOWMASS MIDNIGHT GAZE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Roan Yearling Female (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "Well done. At the top part of the class I chose two peas in a pod kind of, as I like their phenotypical looks. Their body styles and shapes. Also, the degree of the fineness and hand here was exceptional. I really like the tight, tight, tight style of fleece. Complimentary with the degree of that micron range, that just gave that soft, subtle edge and that was just bringing her up to that first-place position. So well done."
2nd Place, Alpaca Country Estates, LLC - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Breeder's Best Three (Class of 4) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "I did appreciate the phenotypical styles and the consistent overall balances and profiles of second place. For I’d say even an edginess on overall conformational points. There are two alpacas here (grey & fawn animals) that are really quite high in qualities that I could compare to all three here (first place ranch), so this guy (black animal) had all of the density there and the conformational there, but just didn’t compete with the rest of the fleeces of the others, so therefore I put you in second place. So, a very tight pair here in first and second, so well done duking it out." **First place had all 3 white animals.
2nd Place, AMBER AUTUMN OKATOK - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Roan Yearling Female (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place & Color Champion was ranch-mate, Snowmass Midnight Gaze.
2nd Place, ESTATES ARTISTIC TAYLOR SWIFT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Two-Year-Old Female (Class of 4) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Reserve Champion. *Recently sold to Rogue Alpacas.
2nd Place, ESTATES DANISH SILVER MERMAID - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Yearling Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion. *Recently sold to Badger Canyon Farm.
2nd Place, ESTATES DIVINE'S AMETHYST ANGELXX – 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Dark Fawn Yearling Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion. "Judge's comments: "A very full class. In second place, also what I feel is a very good conformation. Conformational aspects of fleece traits brought her that second place position, just not quite the degree of the density or the micron favorableness that I found in first, but next in line for my next full package level female. Congratulations to you."
2nd Place, ESTATES DIVINE'S DEBUTANTE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Yearling Female (Class of 9) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion.
2nd Place, ESTATES DREAMY SHIVANI - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Medium Fawn Juvenile Female (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease)
2nd Place, ESTATES GIOVANNI'S TITANIUM ROYALE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Silver Grey Yearling (Class of 5) (Judge: Stephanie Glyptis) *First Place won Color Champion
2nd Place, ESTATES GOLDEN PARADISE XXX - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Multicolor Yearling Female (Class of 2) (Judge: Wade Gease) Judge's comments: "Micron uniformity was the placing point between first and second. Second Place had stronger staple for a density aspect that really comes forth. Really, when you open up this fleece in the second place, it just was not quite the softer edge and it came up to being just that little bit of variation in micron, even though I had more color differences here than I did here, which put you in just over second. Although second place female had good body style, nice bone, and a ton of fleece coming off of this female."
2nd Place, ESTATES XXXTREME LEGACY PASSION - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Fawn Yearling (Class of 19) (Judge: Diana Timmerman) *First Place won Color Champion.
2nd Place, LIBERTYALPACAS AT LAST - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Black Juvenile Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place was our Estates Sizlin Spangled Banner. Judge's comments: "From first to second place, as I mentioned, I really favor the body style, type and the big bone on her and she’s got a good long stapling fleece."
2nd Place, SNOWMASS MIDNIGHT GAZE - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Roan Yearling (Class of 6) (Judge: Stephanie Glyptis) *First Place won Color Champion.
3rd Place, AMBER AUTUMN OKATOK - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Roan Yearling (Class of 6) (Judge: Stephanie Glyptis) *First Place won Color Champion, and 2nd Place & Reserve Champion was our Snowmass Midnight Gaze.
3rd Place, CCNF BELLIEVEITORNOT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Brown Yearling Male (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease)
3rd Place, ESTATES DANISH SILVER MERMAID - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Silver Grey Yearling (Class of 5) (Judge: Stephanie Glyptis) *First place won Color Champion & 2nd Place was our Estates Giovanni's Titanium Royale. **Recently sold to Badger Canyon Farm.

3rd Place, ESTATES SILVER THREADS FRANCHESCA - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Yearling Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion and Second Place was former ranch-mate, Estates Danish Silver Mermaid. Judge's comments: "Fine uniformity that I’m seeing in this grey female. Very attractive long staple length with a really addictive hand. I really felt that complimentary hand, and also again that micron uniformity is what I was going to pull up for your third-place position."
4th Place, ESTATES ADRIANA FANDANGO - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Light Brown Yearling Female (Class of 4) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion.
4th Place, ESTATES BLUE TREASURE BY TROY - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Yearling Male (Class of 6) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Recently purchased by Roaring Acres Alpacas, LLC. *Our Estates Giovanni's Titanium Royale won First Place and Color Champion.
4th Place, ESTATES DESERT CACTUS - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Light Yearling Female (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion & Judge's Choice. Judge's comments: "I appreciated your length of staple that she brought forth to play, and I give her that grant against the one that’s just ahead of you. Just was hoping to see a bit more impact of staple group and power underneath as I opened up. It’s just a little bit looser crimp style. Conformationally though, I thought she was pleasing. You do a great job showing animals. It’s always outright to show off their balance and profile, and that was quite nice and striking on her, keeping you there in line over fifth."
4th Place, IRISH MEADOWS' PATRIOT - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Walking Fleece, Huacaya Brown Yearling (Class of 5) (Judge: Laurel Shouvlin) *First Place & Color Champion was ranch-mate, CCNF Bellieveitornot. Second Place won Reserve Champion.

4th Place, ESTATES SHOWGIRL ELPHABA - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Full Fleece Huacaya Grey Female Juvenile (Class of 8) (Judge: Wade Gease) *Recently purchased by Lauren Fisher
5th Place, ESTATES MISS HARLEQUIN GREY - 2025 TXOLAN Sweetheart Spectacular: Halter, Huacaya Grey Yearling Female (Class of 7) (Judge: Wade Gease) *First Place won Color Champion. Second Place was former ranch-mate, Estates Danish Silver Mermaid, and our Estates Silver Threads Franchesca won third. Judge's comments: "For fifth, we gave up a bit of that density, but we come back with that super soft hand and brightness down to the skin. Yeah, I do see her staple grouping, but it’s kind of more like to a general level but thank you for your competition, and conformationally I thought everything else likewise topline was fine."
